Michael Brawer is an experienced financial services executive with deep expertise in risk management, operations, internal audit, and compliance.  Michael has worked in the credit ratings industry since 2008.  At S&P Global, Michael held various roles within the Compliance, Internal Audit, and Risk Management functions, including Global Head of Regulatory Audit.  Michael joined Morningstar Credit Ratings as their Chief Compliance Officer and subsequently held the role of Chief Operating Officer.  At Egan-Jones Ratings Company, Michael held the role of Chief Risk Officer.

Philip Galgano is an experienced financial services expert with a deep understanding of credit and capital markets, specializing in private credit, corporate lending, securitization, structured finance.  Philip has worked in the credit ratings industry since 1998.  At S&P Global Ratings, Philip’s roles included Managing Director and Lead Analytical Manager within the credit ratings analytical function.  Philip held the role of Head of Analytics at Egan-Jones Ratings Company. 

Kristin Costello is an experienced financial services and regulatory professional with deep expertise in the credit market, credit rating regulations and compliance.  Kristin has worked in the credit industry since 2002, starting her career at JPMorganChase.  Kristin joined the Securities and Exchange Commission in 2009 and most recently held the position of Branch Chief in the Office of Credit Ratings’ Exams and Monitoring division.
